I commissioned ASAP Highlea to install a new oil tank and service my existing oil fired boiler. They did not service the boiler correctly, there was no emissions print out, no changing/aligning of electrodes, and no combustion test to see if the oil burner was burning correctly. Infact all they did was change the fuel hoses. The oil tank was not installed any better! The concrete base was not poured onto hardcore only mud, the base has a drop of about 2 inches from one side the other and is not the same thickness only 3 inches thick at one end (OFTEC state at least 4 inches). They also charged me ?250 VAT for a fuel line they didnt even fit but reused the old line from the old tank. Also no risk assesment was issued or building regulations compliance certificate. Which I had to keep chasing for months after the installation After a couple of months the boiler packed up and had to be replaced and the oil tank slid 2 foot down my garden stopping only when it hit my fence! OFTEC came and inspected and issued a rectification order which they have ignored leaving me with no option but to pay out again to fix the cowboy workmanship.
