About us:
Binns photography is a man and wife team based in Pangbourne, Reading, Berkshire. Hilary and Graham specialise in relaxed, informal photographs, whether portraits, events or weddings. Their friendly manner and non-intrusive approach result in images that capture the true character of the subject.
Weddings
From bridal preparations to the first dance or beyond, Hilary’s reportage style captures the key events and emotions. Her main advice to couples is ‘ignore me and enjoy yourselves’ and people often comment that they did not even realise she had got that shot or that she was even around at that point.
Portraits;
Hilary believes that the best images, particularly of children, are captured in familiar surroundings where the subject feels relaxed and comfortable. This might be in your home or garden, or at a location of your choosing. She will come to your home to shoot any combination of children, babies, parents and other adults who are important in the child?s life.
Events; From school play to formal ball, we can provide a package to suit your needs, whether informal reportage style or formal studio-type shots.
Specialising in school photography, Hilary is a former secondary school teacher with two small children, so is well used to building up a rapport with children of all ages.
