About us:

I am a Holistic therapist with a particular interest in treating women with hormonal difficulties, from period pains and problems to pregnancy and fertility issues and the menopause. I also have an interest in IBS and anxiety disorders, both of which can also have a hormonal basis. Which ever therapy you choose an individualised programme of treatment will be devised for you. My clients range in age from tiny babies to persons in their 80′s, anyone can benefit from a natural approach to their health. About us:

Serendipity Holistic Therapies is run by Sarah Finch. I am a fully trained and experienced Reflexologist, and a member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR).

Reflexology is a holistic therapy in which pressure is applied to acupressure points (reflexes) on the feet, which connect to distinct areas of the body. By working the reflexes on the feet, a response is elicited in the body’s organs, systems and glands, which has beneficial effects on the body, mind and emotions. After your treatment you should feel thoroughly relaxed and invigorated. You should experience calm and a feeling of well-being, as stress and tension are relieved and your blood circulation is improved, leaving all the systems of your body functioning fully and in their natural equilibrium.

Reflexology is beneficial for a wide range of conditions, and I specialise in Maternity Reflexology for sub-fertility, relaxation and wellbeing during and after pregnancy. I also offer other complementary therapy treatments, including Indian Head Massage, Reiki and Hopi Ear Candling.

I am based in Calcot to the west of Reading where I have a treatment room in my home. I work Monday to Thursday from 9:30am to 6:00pm and on alternate Friday afternoons, I work at the Total Health Clinic in Tilehurst. I typically work two or three evenings a week up until around 9:00pm.
