House Energy, formed in 2007, provides energy performance certificates on both domestic and commercial property to property owners across the Thames Valley and West London

With the recently intoduced ledgislation, it is now a legal requirement for most properties to have an energy assessment carried out when the property is sold or let to a new tenant.

This involves inspecting the property and giving the property an energy rating, broadly speaking based on the amount of energy required to to provide sufficient heat, hot water and lighting to provide a comfortable environment within the space.

We work with a number of public and private sector organisations down to individual house owning landlords, to provide energy performance certificates when required.

We also provide Home Information Packs of which the Energy Performance Certificate makes up a part.
