Special antenatal classes for parents expecting multiples

About us:

Having Twins is a unique business preparing expectant parents with multiple pregnancies for the special challenges and joys twins and more brings.
The classes are suitable for those who are pregnant for the first time and for those who already have children.
Each course runs over a five or six week period and are held in small groups.
Included in the course is information about multiple pregnancy, birth choices, managing pain in labour and caring for the babies after they are born.
The classes are run by Penny Price who is a qualified midwife, nurse and NCT trained Antenatal teacher

Individual tuition is available on request.

Ante natal yoga classes

About us:

Pregnancy yoga has been shown to help many women with the physical stresses and strains of pregnancy. Its gentle exercises and stretches gives the body more space and allows it to accommodate the growing baby with more ease and comfort. During classes you are able to mentally and emotionally relax and focus on bonding with your baby. Yoga increases your flexibility and stamina to aid in the delivery of your baby. Post natally yoga can help your body recover from the birth and give you time with your child.

Faith has been a qualified yoga teacher since 2003 and offers ante and post natal yoga course in the Berkshire and North Hampshire regions.
