About us:

Born out of a complete love of flowers, Green Parlour opened the doors in May 2008, in the picturesque village of Pangbourne, Berkshire. Situated just outside of Reading, Green Parlour offers a whole range of bespoke hand tied bouquets, unusual plants and gifts for your garden and home.

Our shop is very unusual, housing hand-picked, reclaimed furniture that provides the perfect backdrop to the inspirational designs we make in store every day.

We have developed a reputation for innovative quality and different ?creations?, particularly for wedding flowers and floral displays at all types of special events.

We are Emma Bridgewater stockists and hold a substantial range of their flowers, birds and hearts products. We also stock True Grace scented candles and Frances Hilary Gardening products, together with many vintage garden items. Other offerings in the shop include locally made cushions and greetings cards, Burgon & Ball gardening tools and imported PTMD Collection items.

Green Parlour has built up a number of business customers to whom we deliver flowers on a weekly basis. These include leading hotels and pubs, estate agents and dentists within a twelve mile radius of Pangbourne.

Green Parlour is a member of the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Pang Valley Chapter of BNI.

Flower Arranging Club

About us:

Woodley Flower Club meets at the Coronation Hall, Headley Road, Woodley, RG5 4JZ, on the first Tuesday of every month except for August when there is no meeting, and in November – a spectacular “Open” Christmas Flower Arranging Demonstration is held on the second Thursday of November, at The Bulmershe School, Howth Drive, Woodley, usually by an International Demonstrator. Occasionally we have a talk or slide show instead of live flower-arranging.

Every month, Members and Visitors spend a relaxing evening watching flowers beautifully arranged by qualified National Flower Arranging Demonstrators, each with their own inimitable style of presentation and arranging flowers.

Arranged Flowers are raffled to raise funds for the Club. Bi-monthly Sales Table for Silk Flowers, Oasis, Ribbons, Accessories, etc. We often also have members’ spare plants for sale.

This is a very friendly Club, and we always make visitors (of any age or background, ladies and men) very welcome. We also organise flower arranging courses, held in the Coronation Hall, and outings to interesting places relevant to anyone with an interest in flowers and gardens.

Demonstrations start at 7.45 pm, doors open 7.00 pm – come early for a cuppa and a chat.
