About us:

Reading Handyman can help you with all those jobs around the house that you do not have time to tackle, or maybe you just don’t have the skills or tools to do it yourself. We can help with anything from clearing your guttering to building a decked area and inside the home anything from changing a light fitting to installing a new bathroom.

Whatever the job, we can offer you a prompt, honest and reliable service. If it is something we can not do for you, we often know someone else who can help.

We tackle most jobs within the house, garden or office. We will not take on work, which we are not experienced to do.

We do not take on large building, heating installation or house rewiring jobs, we would recommend a specialist in these areas. We help with the little jobs, that you are unable, don’t have the time, or don’t have the tools and knowledge to tackle yourselves.

Typically the sort of work we do will take up to a day to complete. If a job is larger than that, it is likely to require more than one person or a specialist. Obviously we are happy to carry out a number of ‘one day’ jobs over a number of consecutive days, or on separate occasions.

We pride ourselves on delivering a high level of service, with minimum disruption, and completing a job to the highest possible standard leaving everything clean and tidy.
