About us:
I am a fully qualified Pilates Instructor and offer group tuition in Shinfield and Spencers Wood, Nr Reading. Classes are friendly and spaces are limited to ensure individual attention. Individual tuition in your own home can also be arranged.
Pilates became a way of life for me some seven years ago. I feel far more flexible now than I did before I discovered Pilates and in 2005 I fractured my spine and am sure that Pilates assisted in my recovery.
Exercises are suitable for any age and ability and can be modified accordingly. I qualified as in Instructor in 2007 with Pilates Training Solutions and have since run my own classes.
