We are antenatal teachers and doulas based in Reading, Berkshire and currently offer the following:
1. Lamaze Antenatal Childbirth Preparation Classes Informal learning in preparation for labour and birth focussing on massage, movement, position and breathing. Be encouraged to confidently approach your birth experience in a friendly and relaxed environment.
2. Birth & Postnatal Doula Packages Complete pregnancy, birth and postnatal support for women and their birth partners. Constant care during your birth experience and during the early days with your new baby.
3. Breastfeeding Support Discover the benefits of breastfeeding for mother and baby and practical tips to breastfeed successfully.
