About us:

I see my role as a counsellor in enabling clients to live more fulfilled and satisfactory life. Counselling gives people an opportunity to be heard in non-judgmental environment, to be understood and accepted. It provides a space to explore feelings and thoughts, and also allows us to find ways forward.

I am an experienced BACP Accredited psychodynamic counsellor. I offer long and short-term confidential therapeutic help to people who experience difficulties in life, such as marital and and relationship problems, depression, anxiety, stress, work problems, trauma, addictions, financial worries, eating disorder, low self-esteem, loss, no sense of direction in life, etc.

I focus on clients’ individual needs and try to celebrate their uniqueness as human beings.
